Venue
The venue for the "World Snooker - Centre of Excellence" is the Billiard Sports Centre of The Snooker Association of Thailand, which has been made available free of charge for different training programs that will be offered by the Centre.

This state-of-art venue, which has been used from time to time to stage international events like the World Snooker Asian Tour Final, is equipped with top-of-the-range snooker and pool equipment.

The venue also has two training/practice rooms and main venue for matches that can accommodate more than one hundred spectators and has built-in television recording facilities complete with a commentators' box and computerised scoring system. Besides the office space, it also houses a conference room and a lavishly furnished sitting/relaxing room.

The venue is conveniently situated at the Rajamangala Stadium within the Sports Authority of Thailand complex on Ramkhamhaeng Road, a busy street that bustles with hordes of shoppers, visiting food stalls, shopping arcades and bargain shops there. All other popular tourist destinations within the city are easily accessible from venue by different modes of transport.
